Information
 
  1. A donation of £3.00 should accompany each box, as cash or a cheque.
  2. Money should be collected separately from the boxes so that no box contains any money.
  3. Cheques should be made payable to “Harvest Plus”.
  4. Accompanied by the form that can be downloaded below, financial donations can be:
  • handed to the warehouse supervisor when you deliver your boxes; or
  • sent to the Treasurer – Angela Palotai – at 26A Trinity Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 6HR. Please send them in the form of a cheque with a note of your church’s name but please see the right hand column for Gift Aid donations.
  1. If you require a receipt, please include an email address to which one can be sent.

Gift Aid:
 
  • Any personal donations can be given under gift aid, which increases their value by 25%;
  • Each donor must sign a Gift Aid form even if they have given under Gift Aid in previous years (available to download here and also included within the printed leaflets); no other Gift Aid forms (e.g. envelopes used for regular giving) are valid;
  • Cheques should be made payable to “Harvest Plus”;
  • All Gift Aid donations must be clearly identified and itemised in the total donations from your church, and the form on page 2 of the printable version of these notes should be used, otherwise the tax reclaimable cannot be reclaimed.
  • Only personal donations can be gift-aided – not donations from more than one donor (e.g. a whole church’s total donation).
